Dress Code

Conference attire is business casual. Bring comfortable shoes to walk around in and definitely don't forget to pack attire for Special Events!

Conference Badge Pick Up

When you arrive at Alliance 2026, please stop by the Registration Desk in the Canary Foyer to pick up your badge. We’ll ask to see a photo ID at check-in, so be sure to have one handy.

Your registration will include your name badge, drink tickets (for full conference registrants), and some Alliance swag. Be sure to hold onto your drink tickets—they’re valid for the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Tuesday Celebration Event. If you’ve registered guests, you’ll receive their name badges and drink tickets at check-in as well.

I'm Here to Help Whoo Handheld SignIf you need assistance while navigating the conference, look for our friendly volunteers stationed throughout the venue holding HEUG signs. They’re happy to answer quick questions and point you in the right direction to keep your Alliance experience running smoothly.

For more in-depth questions or support, our team will be happy to help at the Information Desk located right next to Registration. If you’ve misplaced an item or found something that belongs to another attendee, please drop off with the Information Desk staff. Our team will be happy to assist with Lost & Found inquiries.

Wi-Fi information will be on your badge. We will be providing complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the Conference Center.

The Orlando World Center is a spacious venue, take a look at floorplans to help find your way around.

A complimentary shuttle will run between SpringHill Suites and the Orlando World Center Marriott, departing every 15 minutes from each location or sooner if full. For details, including dates and departure times, view the “SpringHill Suites Shuttle Schedule” in the Plan Your Event section of the HEUG Event App.

  Agenda Builder

Stay informed throughout Alliance by reading the nightly event emails and enabling push notifications in the HEUG Event App on your mobile device. Each evening’s email will highlight the next day’s key sessions and share any important updates, including room changes.

The HEUG Event App is your primary resource for conference schedule details and session information. We encourage you to download the app in advance and build your personal agenda before arriving onsite.

If you have any trouble logging in, please contact Alliance Support as soon as possible—don’t wait until you’re at the conference. We’re here to help ensure you’re ready to make the most of your experience!

Conference Activities

Alliance offers plenty of opportunities to connect, collaborate, and get involved throughout the event.

Each morning, enjoy networking coffee—the perfect way to start your day and meet fellow attendees. Be sure to check the schedule for full details on breaks and networking times.

Located in the Cypress Ballroom, the Alliance 2026 sponsors play an important role in elevating your conference experience while helping keep registration fees accessible.

Each participating sponsor offers valuable insights into products and services that can support and enhance your institution’s technology investments and implementations.

Be sure to spend time in the Solution Center between sessions to connect, explore new solutions, and discover innovative ideas. You can find the full list of exhibitors and the Solution Center floor plan in the HEUG Event App to help you plan your visit.

While you’re there, join the fun with our Whoo-niversal Bingo Bash! Pick up your Bingo card at the HEUG Booth, visit participating exhibitors, and compete for prizes. Cards must be submitted by 2:45 PM and drawings will be held on Monday and Tuesday, at the HEUG Booth at 3:00 PM.

We’re also proud to welcome our Community Service Partners to the Solution Center:

  • Florida Bulldog Rescue will be onsite with adorable pups ready for pets and cuddles. This volunteer-led organization is dedicated to rehabilitating and re-homing neglected, abused, and unwanted English and French Bulldogs across Florida.
  • NAMI Central Florida will be sharing information about their important work to improve quality of life and make mental health stigma a relic of the past.

We encourage you to stop by and visit them on Monday and Tuesday from 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
