Conference Badge Pick Up
When you arrive at Alliance 2026, please stop by the Registration Desk in the Canary Foyer to pick up your badge. We’ll ask to see a photo ID at check-in, so be sure to have one handy.
Your registration will include your name badge, drink tickets (for full conference registrants), and some Alliance swag. Be sure to hold onto your drink tickets—they’re valid for the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Tuesday Celebration Event. If you’ve registered guests, you’ll receive their name badges and drink tickets at check-in as well.
If you need assistance while navigating the conference, look for our friendly volunteers stationed throughout the venue holding HEUG signs. They’re happy to answer quick questions and point you in the right direction to keep your Alliance experience running smoothly.
For more in-depth questions or support, our team will be happy to help at the Information Desk located right next to Registration. If you’ve misplaced an item or found something that belongs to another attendee, please drop off with the Information Desk staff. Our team will be happy to assist with Lost & Found inquiries.
Wi-Fi information will be on your badge. We will be providing complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the Conference Center.
