Bio

I have been in involved with HEUG since 2000.  I am currently elected to the HEUG Board to develop new education initiatives.  THis includes a Training series on Query, and BI publisher.  I have worked to help build a Business Analyst community for HEUG.  As part of this effort we developed a partnershil with BA Cube to provide additional resources to HEUG membership.   My prior HEUG roles have included:  Appointed board member 2023, Vice President of Alliance for 2022, Alliance Program Chair 2021 and 2020, Alliance Conference Assistant 2019, Alliance 2018 PCM Advisory group Chair, and PCM Track chair (2017,2016). I helped put together the first PGM track at Alliance in 2016. I have presented on a variety of topics at both  Alliance and  NEWHEUG (2017-2007). I also volunteered to help at the Alliance helpdesk, Stop and share and directing conference attendees.

As Associate Director of Student services and Protal  at Syracuse University, my role is to manage and coordinate with various departments to determine the best use of University resources to move strategic and tactical project forward in an efficient and effective manner. I have experience working with and in several student administrative areas including Financial Aid, Student Records, Admissions, Study Aboard, Campus Community, Graduate Awards and Student Financials. I have also been Developer lead for our CS and HCM upgrades to 9.2.  I have extensive experience and working knowledge of PeopleSoft. I have been a Functional team and Developer lead on upgrades and implementations in PeopleSoft. I have additional experience managing projects of various size and scope.  I have managed a staff of business analysts  for Student Administration and developers for the student , HCM and FIN. My team is responsible for the requirement gathering, specifications, design, development, testing and implementation of modifications and patches to the administrative system. I act as a liaison between the various administrative areas and information technology services.

I have been a PMP  since 2015.
