During the registration process, you'll need to provide your hotel acknowledgement/confirmation number. Should you switch to a hotel outside of the designated conference block post-registration, an adjustment to the prevailing conference rate will be reflected in your registration fee.

Housing FAQs

No, to take advantage of the early bird conference rate you must book your hotel reservation through the Alliance-designated hotel reservation system. If you later move your reservation outside the official hotel block, your registration fee will be adjusted to the standard conference rate.

Once you have booked your room you will receive an email with your Hotel Confirmation Code (ex: #193847), please make sure to include that in your registration to guarantee your registration rate. We audit the codes and will reach out if your registration and reservation do not match.

Attendees who live within a 50-mile radius of Alliance 2026 may request a waiver of the hotel reservation requirement. We ask that you submit a Local Attendee Waiver Form and receive approval from the conference team before completing your registration.

Housing Policies

By registering for or attending any Higher Education User Group (HEUG) conference (Regional or Alliance), participants agree to the following terms. It is your responsibility to read and understand them.  Additional details will be posted October 2025.

  • Early Bird Conference Rate 

    To qualify for the Early Bird conference rate, you must book your hotel reservation through the Alliance-designated hotel reservation system by February 11, 2026. If you later move your reservation outside the official hotel block, your registration fee will be adjusted to the standard conference rate.

  • Exceptional Circumstances
