Tuesday, March 5
10:15 AM - 3:45 PM

Each year at Alliance we bring in international and local Community Service organizations. Giving back to both international and local area programs is very important to us as an organization. We hope to see each attendee take the time to join in one or all three of the Alliance 2019 Community Service projects. If you have any questions, please contact support@alliance-conference.com. All community service groups will be located in SOLUTION CENTER of the Dolphin hotel.

A Gift For Teaching

Moved by this need and the fact that teachers, on average, spend $500 – $1,000 out of their own pockets each year to provide basic supplies for their students, philanthropist and nonprofit professional, Gary Landwirth, founded A Gift For Teaching (AGFT) in 1998.

Picture a child at school trying to write without a pencil, read without books or dream without the tools to put their ideas onto paper. This is the reality for far too many students in our community. For thousands, these basic learning tools are a luxury. In fact, more than 70% of the students in Central Florida come from families that can’t afford lunch, let alone school supplies.

Florida English Bulldog Rescue

The Florida English Bulldog Rescue (FEBR) is a volunteer group whose mission is to rehab and re-home neglected, abused and unwanted English Bulldogs throughout the state of Florida. We also provide a safe alternative to shelters for owners that are faced with the decision to find a new home for their bulldog.

We rely solely on donations to finance veterinary exams, inoculations, medications and surgeries, as well as the daily feeding and care that our rescued dogs need while in our care.

We are a 501(c)3 organization, that has helped over 1000 bulldogs and that number is growing. We give each bulldog that enters our program 100% care and rehab so that it has the best chance at a quality life in a forever home.
