Brigham Young University is transitioning to a new Cloud HR and Finance system at the same time. 2024 is the final year of a three year endeavor. Activities from the second year included completing the architect & configure phases of the project as well as customer confirmation sessions and unit testing. Hundreds of associated strategic processes that touch ERP data were retrofitted and integrated to adapt to the transition to Workday. Thousands of reports were delivered. Testing scenarios and preparations for end-to-end testing are taking place.With just a year to go until we are live on Workday, we will share our approach to parallel payroll testing and go-live readiness. Learn what has caught us by surprise and what has gone according to plan.
