How do you harness your team to make strategic progress on your University's strategic plans in today's changing environment? Boise State is using the EOS theory to both improve our culture and drive strategic change. See how we have created and are executing a divisional plan where individual and team quarterly goals support the University vision and leverage technological improvements available to us through our cloud environment.

This session will provide an overview of the theory, and dive into how you build a vision. Tools we are using to execute will be discussed.
