In this session, the Concordia University SIS Training team will be sharing valuable insights, tips, tricks, and lessons learned during the development of training materials, specifically tailored to meet the training needs of end users.

The SIS training team at Concordia University has been developing training materials on People Soft – Campus Solution for close to a decade. Ongoing analysis and scrutiny of our training strategies, coupled with valuable feedback from end-users, along with effective communication with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), have enabled us to pinpoint invaluable tips and tricks as essential components for our Instructional Design and Training Development endeavors.

In today's dynamic environment, institutions frequently experience ongoing changes that can impact the daily activities and tasks of their staff. Furthermore, it is worth noting that training holds a pivotal role within our institution's Change Management strategies.
