We will share our 3-year journey providing details on the evolution of Org Governance to Integrations to running an Enterprise service. The presentation will include details on best practices and lessons learned for the following: hiring, training & documentation, stakeholder involvement, scalability and future growth, data quality and setting it up for reporting and analytics.
