Testing can be useful as a training tool.
Great way to introduce people to a new software/system.
Provides more structured training; and gives us objective data on how familiar users are with the system.
Start a training test plan from scratch using Google Sheets.

Everyone works together on the same document.
Highly customizable to meet your needs.
Conduct a training session through Zoom once a week.
