Putting Student First: The Student Experience!

Track: Community Discussion

Session Number: 9731
Date: Mon, Feb 27th, 2023
Time: 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Description:

Today’s Student is more advanced than ever with the changing IT landscape and expect more from your Student management Systems.  When we don’t deliver what students are expecting, that leads to the worst possible outcome.  We must place students at the center of our choices so that institutions can meet the expectations of modern student-customers, increase conversions from prospect to enrollees, deliver a great experience that keeps learners coming back, and leverage data in meaningful and impactful ways. For a few years now, HEUG has established an expert Student-lead panel discussion on a variety of options, issues, solutions, enhancements, etc., that students believe would improve their college retention and success strategies.  Hear what today’s students want from your Institution’s student management system.
