Higher Education Institutions commonly use custom solutions in order to produce Labor Encumbrances and wrangle with the various approaches of how to best use the Position Planning and Budgeting functionalities between Oracle HCM and EPM in order to plan, manage and track their workforce. This session will provide an overview of how Oracle EPM can be utilized to produce Position level budgets, calculate Labor Encumbrances, and enable forecasting with payroll data from Oracle HCM.
