The Impact of Implementation on Organizational Culture

Description:
Implementing new technology impacts your business in many tangible ways, from increasing efficiencies to streamlining operations, improving customer service and more. As processes and procedures change, so too do the ways in which people operate, the roles they play and the expectations placed upon them --critical issues to address in the face of the Great Resignation and a shifting post-pandemic workplace. This session, hosted by Huron and the University of Central Florida, will walk you through a multi-year project that is looking beyond business readiness to a total redesign of organizational culture.
