Two US graduate schools of the same university required modernization of their existing custom developed, Admission Applications Web Services (AAWS) based application which supports the complete lifecycle of graduate program application preparation and submission. Undergraduate programs use the Common App which does not provide the flexibility required by the graduate schools.

After considering licensing a 3rd party application system, or hiring consultants to build another bespoke solution, the combined schools’ project sponsor learned about CY2’s native PeopleSoft solution from a search on the HEUG website. After extensive demos and due diligence, which included speaking directly with CY2 customers University of Glasgow and Skema Business School, CY2 was officially selected as the solutions provider.

CY2 is now currently engaged in a full-scale implementation with go-live projected for June 2023.
