This session will highlight how Oracle Cloud’s Employment Contracts and Journeys modules can support basic faculty contract business process requirements for higher education institutions. Given the complex nature of these business processes, in this session Juilliard and Huron will discuss how Juilliard is leveraging basic Oracle functionality to provide both their departments and HR with the ability to easily create and extend contract renewals to full-time faculty as well as guest faculty (e.g. ad-hoc agreements). Attendees can expect to hear key recommendations from the Juilliard and Huron teams while also learning how Oracle Cloud might be able to support certain aspects of their faculty contract business processes.
