In this session, hosted by The University of Alabama and Huron, you will learn how to break down your journey into distinct, manageable phases with a focus on not just a cloud-ERP solution, but also the foundational technical and/or organizational efforts that should begin before the cloud-ERP effort begins. Topics will include the initial roadmap process for moving to a cloud-ERP, subsequent infrastructure and change management activities, the "data" connection that integrates all efforts, and the end game of being a better, more data-drive institution.
