Illinois State University configured and added some small customizations to the FMLA module for tracking and reporting leaves.  Beyond the basic module we have been able to use classic workflow for communication to employees, benefits staff, and supervisors.  As an additional benefit to our team and to campus, we are able to control time reporting through logic in employee status’ through managing and controlling access to specific time reporting codes . Finally, we leverage PSQuery and this module with the customizations and configurations to query for quick leave data.
