We had been creating PDFs for third party billing, and manually editing and emailing them to organizations, but we have switched to use features in BI Publisher to customize the output, including selective display of student schedule, and specific information per contract or per student. We then have Communication Generation send directly to organizations, saving us many hours of manipulations and individual emails.
