SmartSheeting Financial Aid
Track: Student Information System (SIS)
Session Number: 9727
Date: Wed, Mar 1st, 2023
Time: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM
Description:
The University of Wisconsin - Madison has taken a more holistic approach to the lifecycle of the Financial Aid year. With this, we are being more cognizant of resources, team members who are consistently tapped for projects, and competing priorities. Join us as we dive into our timelines for certain aid year processes, that we have started classifying as projects. Additionally, we will spend time discussing how this has allowed us to carve time out to take on additional pieces of automation and allowed for a smooth transition of duties as we continue building out team members' knowledge. Lastly, this allows for us to keep change management at the focus of our projects! We have utilized this project to keep stakeholders aware of progress and issues, as well as provide dedicated resources and time for change management along the way.
