Join us to learn how the University of Missouri leveraged technology to create a modern payment portal for accounts receivable invoices that is customer friendly and fully automated.  We will discuss software choices, designing for automatic payment posting, testing/implementation, PCI compliance, making the transition from paper-based credit card payments, and lessons learned throughout the process.  The session will highlight our experience with PeopleSoft and TouchNet Marketplace, however, the concepts are transferrable to other systems.

I have worked at the University for 9 years in various finance roles ranging from a departmental end-user to PeopleSoft Functional Lead. In my current role I serve as the lead for the Grants, Billing, and Receivables modules of our PeopleSoft ERP system.
