The University of Vermont (UVM) has developed a Classic Form with workflow to request new Suppliers in PeopleSoft Finance & Supply Chain Management. The streamlined process uses the Approval Workflow Engine (AWE) and a Component Interface to automatically create a Supplier Record. This presentation will show you how we eliminated a manual process outside of PeopleSoft, by using delivered form functionality. Also included are the challenges encountered, lessons learned, and potential future use cases.
