In this session, Stacy Hatten, from Vanderbilt University will discuss why Vanderbilt chose to transition from Taleo to Oracle Recruiting and how they were able to complete the project with an exclusively remote internal project team. She will examine the practical steps taken to build a modern recruiting business process, share tips and tricks to nail the user experience, and discuss training and support for a community of internal and external users.

Stacy brings a unique perspective to this topic as she has over 20 years of experience in the HR and Recruiting field. She served as the functional lead for the implementation of both Taleo and Oracle Recruiting. Stacy utilizes her wealth of HR and recruiting experience to help build systems and processes that are practical, efficient, and customer-centric.

She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in HR from Middle Tennessee State University as well as her PHR certification.
