Building upon last year's report, Service Delivery at DePaul: The Past, Present and Future. Please join us as we continue the story of our journey into providing the best possible service to our constituents using ServiceNow. We will discuss our efforts to branch out service delivery to the following areas of the university: Unifying our College of Computing and Digital Media's disparate support groups into a single entity, Creating a better employee experience by implementing the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery module, Implementing a service portal, knowledgebase and catalog of services for our back end financial systems team. We will discuss the benefits we have realized from all of these projects, the difficulties we encountered, as well as our inroads into full automation of several IT processes and our continued journey with structured workflows to improve our service delivery.
