Microsoft Teams has many features that can help manage workloads and projects. We will walk through some basic setup and fun features (like how to auto-generate tasks on a planner from an e-mail account or OneNote). Then, we will discuss the strengths and weaknesses we have experienced using Teams and some alternative solutions from Microsoft Office 365 to consider.
