The University of Florida wanted to implement a quick and easy electronic payment method for their customized Research Participant Payment program.  Issuing debit cards has been the common method but during the pandemic, a shortage of the physical plastic cards became known so we needed to scramble to find other traceable and secure methods to complete payments.  Prepaid gift cards were not an option.  UF worked to design some custom processes to add Zelle payment requests to the Financial Gateway and track and record the payments to registered and unregistered Zelle participants.   Come join us to see the trials, tribulations and celebration of accomplishing these tasks!
