Our Financial Aid office requires a repository for all their Financial Aid Award letters to be stored so students can access them at all times. In the information gathering phase, we decided to include communication generations sent by other offices. To control the data that is being displayed to the student, we created a configuration page, separated by area, where we can control what letter codes are shown to the student.
