Date: Tue, Feb 28th, 2023
Time: 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Description:

At this point, a move to the Cloud likely feels inevitable for most institutions.  Now is the time to align the organization and set a critically strong foundation for eventual cloud implementation success.  In this session, hear from the University of Texas Health San Antonio and their consulting partner Baker Tilly as they discuss the “Calibration Phase” in the journey to the Cloud.  This phase occurs prior to actual implementation activities and focuses an organization on the vital steps of preparation – what functionality is required and when, what “big rocks” need to be uncovered, what resources are required for how long.  This phase equips the institution to make an informed decision on software, timeline and implementation strategy. If Oracle Cloud is in your future, join this session for an overview of how UT Health San Antonio leveraged the Calibration phase to initiate a transformation aimed at reimagining back office processes, and enabling the foundation for growth to propel the institution forward.
