Description:

The Business Strategy and Relationship (BSR) team under Financial Management Services builds and maintains positive relationships across Stanford University's 26 budget units providing support through a structured feedback loop, formal networks and channels and developing deeper relationships.  The team strives to provide campus partners with greater transparency on central initiatives and projects that directly affect them by leveraging data to enable better decisions and constructive feedback.  In this sessions, we'll share our tips, tricks and methodology in successful relationship building.
