Over the last year, many changes have been implemented at The University of Nottingham to improve resit handling. This has also brought improvements to other aspects of marks, progression and award management. The changes have involved new pages, system processes and reports in Campus Solutions (Student Records and PEAM) to improve data quality and support of business need. The work has also considered change to University policy and business processes. This presentation will share some of the challenges we faced, how we approached the changes and what solutions we have implemented.
