Last year FSU introduced our consolidation of student and employee email and One Drive accounts and our phase out of student email for life.  In phase 1 this past year we consolidated the email and One Drive for all active students and employees. Learn how we worked with students and vendors to change student email addresses. We also deleted student email accounts for hundreds of thousands of Alumni and Inactive Students. In the next phase we complete the email updates with vendors and disable email for more recent Alumni and inactive students over the next 2 years.  We will also roll out DUO for those email accounts remaining until 2025.  We discuss our project plans and communications plans for the future. We will also cover our lessons learned on the migration.
