Track: Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Session Number: 9575
Date: Tue, Feb 28th, 2023
Time: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Description:
Have you ever had an experience working with internal constituents (or customers) who only see you or your position as overhead? I have, and I'd venture to say many of us have. The goal of this presentation will be focused on what it means to support and meet the needs of our internal constituents. We will look at ways to build strong relationships to help us design business process, define critical needs and examine ways to approach success for our internal constituent user. This will include the journey getting there. Many of us work on projects and the goal is to help our constituents achieve their goal(s), be innovative, create solutions or solve issues. We will talk about ways to approach business, clear processes, redirection, accomplished results, creating paths to value, and how the journey can be different based on the business need. In essence painting a picture for the constituent, yourself, the technical staff needed to reach the objective before us.
