Description:

The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center created a bolt-on in PeopleSoft to make it easier for the end user to reconcile their PCard transactions.  This bolt-on makes the PCard process bank agnostic.  End Users do not have to go into the banking system to review their transactions, everything is done in PeopleSoft including uploading their receipts.  Journals are then created to charge the campus for their transactions on a monthly basis.  Come see how we turned a tedious process into a simple and easy process for both the end users are our PCard team.
