As part of UC Santa Barbara’s Financial Management Modernization (FMM) initiative, the campus is seeking to consolidate financial management and reporting systems. This session will explore how UCSB is helping their departments move from numerous de-centralized shadow systems to a single financial platform without compromising on the reporting and functional needs of departments.
