This session will discuss key points to consider when implementing an electronic I9 system for students.  We will cover the benefits this system brought to departments as well as students.  We will review the flaws in existing business processes that were highlighted with the new system. Many of the issues were the result of departments hiring practices in particularly academic areas and lack of communication.  What steps did Syracuse  take to mitigate the compliance issues created by these bad processes.
