Florida State University upgraded PeopleSoft Campus Solutions to PeopleTools 8.59 and did some research on delivered Global Search, such as Menu Search, Keyword Search, Class Search, etc. This presentation will share what we learned from the research, include get familiar with Search Admin Activity Guide and Search Designer Activity Guide, configuration of delivered Global Search Definitions, and lessons learned from the study.
