Sonoma State University rolled out Fluid Navigation to our campus users in Fall 2022. Over the course of six months, a core team of four developed a work plan, a communication plan, and a training plan to comprehensively manage the coming upgrade to our PeopleSoft CS system. During the course of our presentation, hear about the creation and execution of our work plan and communication plan, plus get valuable resources to take home for use in your next development project.
