The California State University system is comprised of 23 different universities with 23 separate HR offices. In implementing the PageUp system as a standard system for talent acquisition, the opportunities for shared services across the campuses were opened, however, what does that mean and how would you move forward? What needs to be agreed upon and what pitfalls need to be identified and (hopefully) avoided? This session will review the pilot for sworn police officers and review lessons learned and "wish I would haves" for anyone interested  in looking at shared service opportunities.
