CWRU has a decentralized campus structure with a finance officer in each of the eight academic schools and the four primary central divisions. AWE workflow is used to manage the approvals for journals, requisitions, travel & expense reports and payment requests. The implementation goal was to use minimal customizations and our custom online security request form within Financials to manage workflow and approvers. This presentation will review workflow routings and setups used by CWRU.

I attended CWRU and earned a BS in Computer Engineering and an MBA with a focus in operations management. As part of my current duties, I manage and setup the workflow processes. I have presented at three prior conferences.
