Before You Arrive

Please review our instructions to ensure you have logged in and can access the session schedule.
Dress Code
Conference attire is business casual. Remember to bring comfortable shoes to walk around in.
Health & Safety
Stay up to date on the most current Health & Safety Protocols as you travel and explore St. Louis.
Conference Maps
Don't get lost! America's Center is a large venue, take a look at maps of the Convention Center to help find your way around.
Agenda Builder
Stay on top of Alliance updates by reading the nightly emails and enabling the Alliance Mobile App notifications on your smart device. These emails will list the next day’s highlights and any session/room changes.
It is very important for you to be able to access the HEUG Event App as this is how you will access the conference schedule details. Make sure to build your agenda on the Mobile App. If you are unable to login please contact Alliance Support ASAP - do not wait until you're onsite!

Conference Check-In/Badge Pick Up
Identification Required. You will be asked to show identification when checking in so please be prepared to show an ID. Your registration materials will include a name badge, drink tickets for full conference registrants and conference swag. Don't lose your drink tickets! Tickets are good for the Sunday Welcome Reception and the Tuesday Closing Event. If you registered any guests, you will receive their name badges and drink tickets.
Note: Name badges MUST be worn to all conference functions.
Wi-Fi information will be on your badge. We will be providing complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the Conference Center.
