Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come / first-served / space available basis. Submit your request as soon as possible for the best opportunity of receiving your hotel choice.

To receive the early bird conference rate, you must first book your hotel through the conference reservation system.

Do not go directly to the hotel or a 3rd party supplier to book your room.

STEP 2 - Register

You will be asked for your acknowledgement/confirmation number when you start the registration process. If you change your hotel to a hotel outside the conference block after registering, your registration will be charged an adjustment to the current conference rate.

After registration is complete, an email will be sent to submit your vaccine verification.

Venue Information

The Washington State Convention Center (WSCC) is conveniently located in downtown Seattle at 705 Pike Street with the main entrance on the corner of 7th Avenue and Pike Street. The WSCC is more than a meeting and convention venue. Enjoy their public art collection, retail and dining options, and beautiful Freeway Park - Seattle’s largest downtown public space. Designed by Lawrence Halprin and Angela Danadjieva, it is widely considered a masterwork of a modernist master and a precedent setting park that single-handedly defined a new land-use typology for American cities.
