I learned and gained insight into best practices and new technologies that I can share with my organization.

This was my first experience of the HEUG conference. I thought it was exceptional. I gained some valuable information to help to me better perform my job for my institution.

The wide range of topics providing great and valuable information. As a member of a partner consulting company, the conference is a great networking opportunity. Better when in-person, but the virtual networking is still a positive.

Birds of a Feather sessions are pick and choose based on everyone's knowledge level and those are always good but the discussion sessions are my favorite because you get a consensus of where everyone else is in their processing cycle and what upcoming regulations and software challenges everyone else in your specific area (i.e. Financial Aid) are experiencing.

I'm relatively new in my role, and I've been learning a lot. It is very helpful. It's also invigorating to feel like a part of a much bigger network of people.

There are a lot of conferences for general Financial Aid staff like FSA or CASFAA but I believe Alliance is the only one for Systems staff. I really learn a lot from these HEUG Alliance conferences!

There are many things I learned during the conference that will make me more productive at work. The presenters were fun, engaging, professional, well-prepared, and had great material!

Provided helpful tools on some areas that we are challenged with. Also provided some tips and tricks to bring efficiencies to our organization.

Good selection of presentations germane to our needs scheduled in a way that allowed us to divide up sessions of interest and have time to discuss/debrief.

Getting good, clear, concise information with takeaways (and recordings!) of roadmaps, product improvements and things that others are doing with CS that we haven't thought of.
