Registration Credits


If you have a registration credit that is rolling over from Alliance 2020, please see the details below to help walk you through the registration process. As a reminder there are no refunds for any cancellations or no shows. Any credits that are not used for Alliance Virtual 2021 will be void. Credit amounts are a reduction from the current registration price, prices will increase after March 5, 2021.

Registration Process

Step 1

When you login to register for Alliance Virtual 2021, you will see the a specific registration type to match your roll over credit. 

Step 2

If your registration credit is more than the cost of registration, please fill out the form to indicate how you would like to use the remaining balance. If you credit is less than the cost of registration, an invoice will be generated with the remaining balance. 

Reminders

If you have a remaining credit balance after registration is processed a member from the HEUG support staff will contact you within 24 hours. 

If you do not register for Alliance Virtual 2021, your credit will be forfeited.

If you are unable to attend Alliance Virtual 2021 live from March 15 - 18, 2021 you will still have access to all conference recordings OR you can transfer your credit to a colleague if they are not registered. To transfer your credit please fill out this form.
