Alliance Virtual 2021 Run/Walk
From March 6 - 17, 2021, runners, sprinters, joggers, sloggers, walkers, skippers will have the opportunity to get off their computer and participate in a Virtual Run/Walk with Alliance attendees.

Participants have over a week (03/06/21 - 03/17/21) to complete the challenge and there are lots of categories for prizes. We can't wait to see how creative you get with this event!
A virtual race is an event that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym, or on the track. You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.
Your Race Registration is a Charitable Donation
SOUNDS Academy is a non-profit music education organization that teaches, mentors, and provides musical experience and opportunities for youth.
All net proceeds from participant registrations will be a net donation to the SOUNDS Academy to help provide instruments, repairs, concert venues, sheet music, accompanist, and additional instructors to these wonderful students.

Categories for Prizes
Once you have signed up for a race, decide on the distance you want to complete, the course you want to do outside or on the treadmill. You time yourself. You can even get your friends and/or your kids to race with you too, but as the registration is a donation, we ask that any participants also register.
As if you weren't already going to have fun running and walking for a good cause, we've made categories for prizes participants can enter! You'll have to submit photo evidence to win through the submission form, tagging @HEUG on Twitter or The HEUG on Facebook and use the tag #AV21FunRun.
