Constituent Experience (CX)

More About This Track

The Constituent Experience and Advancement (CX) track encompasses every phase of the higher education lifecycle, from prospecting, through graduation, to the alumni/donor experience.

How do you use your CX systems to provide service to your students? There are as many CRM systems in the higher education space as there are approaches to student support and services and we’re interested how you are using them. Tell us about any process that provides a superior experience for your constituents, while reducing workload and adding value to your institution.

The CX track is seeking content that covers prospecting, admitting, engaging, serving, retaining, friend-raising, fundraising and any and every key milestone in the higher education lifecycle.
