About This Track


The HCM track for the Alliance Conference is comprised of sessions related to human capital management within Oracle’s PeopleSoft HCM and other software solutions. Sample topic areas include:

  • Recruiting, Talent Management
  • Employee Benefits, Leave Administration
  • Payroll, Timekeeping
  • Performance Management
  • Workforce/Organizational Management
  • Legislative/Regulatory Compliance

Session information includes best practices, innovations, and project experiences informative to both new and experienced HCM software users. PUM - Even a Caveman Can Do It

The University of Missouri recently changed how PUM's were managed. The Functional users now own the process. We coordinate the yearly PUM schedule with our internal IT teams (database administrators, server admins, ect). The DBA's download the image, and the functional team creates the PUM packages, selecting which enhancements and bug fixes will be included and tested.
