BUMP-IN

Bump-in/set-up for Sponsor exhibits will be from 8:00am – 11:00am, 12 June. Platinum Sponsors will be assigned a double booth (2 – 3mx2m); Gold and Silver Sponsors will be assigned a single booth (1 – 3mx2m). 

Test & tag service: All electronic equipment brought onsite is required to be tested and tagged. Exhibitors are advised to have their equipment tested and tagged pre-event.

All Sponsors must be set-up by 11:30 am on Wednesday, 12 June in time for the start of the conference.  Please note, only hand carry items can be brought in after 11:00 am.

BUMP-OUT

Bump-out/tear-down for Sponsor exhibits will commence from 11:30am – 4:00pm, 14 June.  Please ensure all goods are removed from the area by 4:00pm.

Please note that exhibitors should take all items offsite with them during bump out, BCEC is unable to store stand items. If you have engaged Agility as your freight forwarder, please liaise with them regarding any exhibitor items that need to be collected via courier after the event.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Inbound shipping:
Please complete the details on the shipping label form below and affix a label to each package being delivered. Deliveries will be accepted on or after Friday, 7 June between 7:30am - 4pm weekdays.

Outbound shipping:
BCEC does not reserve or coordinate outgoing shipping nor does it sign any form of Consignment notices or paperwork. Individual exhibitors are solely liable for their own outgoing items. Without completed paperwork required by the chosen courier, the pick-up will be cancelled at exhibitor expense. Please ensure all relevant notices and paperwork is complete and provided to the courier BEFORE sending a pickup.

PARKING

The Centre provides undercover parking for 1500 vehicles, with direct lift access to the Centre's convention and exhibition facilities. To receive a $17 discounted daily parking rate, please take the ticket you receive upon entry to the car park, redeem at pay stations with an event specific QR code. Please note without this QR code, you will not be eligible to receive this discounted $17.00 rate. The event QR code will be emailed to you.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

If you have a special request or requirement regarding catering, audio visual, internet, rigging, stand cleaning or utility services you will have to complete this online order form and coordinate directly with the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. Please note, no external food and beverage may be brought onto the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre premises. 

SECURITY

BCEC Security Officers will maintain security throughout the building. Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken, the Organisers and the BCEC accept no responsibility for any loss or damage occurring to persons or property at the exhibition.

HOSTED EVENTS (OUTSIDE OF ADU CONFERENCE SCHEDULE)

Any Sponsor that is planning to host an in-conjunction-with event must arrange this separately with the BCEC or respective venue.  These events may only be held outside of any official Alliance Down Under events.

As a courtesy, we would appreciate if you could please advise us of any other event plans, so that we have this information prior to the event.
