The following tracks will be offered during Alliance Down Under 2019:

Client Relationship Management
Includes sessions related to the following CRM modules: 

• Marketing/Online Marketing
• Support/Call Centre
• Sales 

Finance
Includes sessions related to all PeopleSoft Financials modules:

• GL
• Asset Management
• eProcurement, etc. 

HCM
Track topics can cover any of the functionality within the PeopleSoft HCM product. 

Project and Change Management
Includes sessions related to:

• Project Management
• Change Management
• Training 
• End-user support

Student
This conference track brings together all things student-related.

• Student Financials: Includes sessions on items such as Tuition, Charges and Payments, Billing, Cashiering, Refunding, Collections, Payment Plans, Third Party Payments, Student Taxes, General Ledger Feed and Student Self Service.
• Student Records: Sessions focus on how institutions set up their information system to best support student services, manage institutional records, and provide accurate reports. Topics include courses and classes, enrollment, grades, academic credit/statistics, graduation planning, enrollment requisites/PERC as well as newer functionality like Program Enrollment and Activity Management.

Technical

Includes sessions covering the full spectrum of technical and systems lifecycle management, including:

• architecture;
• administration;
• development;
• integration; and
• monitoring

Across technologies such as:

• PeopleSoft Systems;
• Cloud Applications (both SaaS and PaaS);
• Middleware; and
• Emerging Technologies.

Exhibitor
Includes sessions related to products that work in a complimentary role with Oracle PeopleSoft and EBS products.
