UNC Chapel Hill’s ConnectCarolina team has had great success in leveraging some Agile-based project management methodologies and tools to improve its solution delivery. This session will provide a very brief history lesson of the Agile Methodology then move into specific uses within UNC-Chapel Hill ConnectCarolina project teams.
