About This Track
The Constituent Experience and Advancement (CXA) track combines every aspect of the higher education business, amalgamating the former Contributor Relations group with the CRM group. As Oracle, Gartner, and others have remarked, CX really is the new battlefront for organizations and can’t deliver good outcomes when kept in a box. Effective execution requires that CX be embedded throughout operations and led through partnership and collaboration to make improvements throughout the entire client lifecycle.
The CXA track will have content that covers prospecting, admitting, engaging, serving, retaining, friend-raising, fundraising and any and every key milestone in the higher education lifecycle.
