Track Listing


The MIDHEUG Alliance 2018 agenda will have a great range of sessions for each of the following tracks open to Higher Education Institutions, Public Sector entities, and/or Federal Organizations. Birds of a Feather sessions will also be included in most of the tracks to share issues and solutions. 

Admissions, Student Records, Academic Advising


Sessions provide information about how to utilize PeopleSoft to serve students from initial inquiry and application through degree conferral conferral and lifetime records support.

Financial Aid


Includes sessions related to the Financial Aid module within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.

General Interest


Track for sessions that cut across several modules or do not quite fit into the current track listings. Can include sessions regarding 3Cs, Communication Generation, basic query usage, project management, Student Cloud (non-technical), and more.

Human Capital Management (HCM)


Sessions will include all of the PeopleSoft HCM products such as Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor and all of the many “e” products.

Project and Change Management


The Project and Change Management (PCM) track focuses on a variety of topics related to project management, change management, training, and end-user support.

Student Financials and Financials


Includes sessions related to the Student Financials and Financials modules. Can include sessions regarding Tuition Calculation, 1098-T, AR/Billing, General Ledger, KK/Budget, Asset Management, Grant Management, Project Costing and Procure to Pay.

Technical and Reporting Business Intelligence (RBI)


Includes sessions related to effectively utilizing the technology underpinning Oracle software applications. Sessions can include a mixture of on-premise and cloud applications.

Exhibitor


Includes sessions related to products that work in a complementary role with Oracle PeopleSoft/Campus Solutions, Student Cloud conversations, E-Business Products (EBS), Constitute Relationship Management (CRM) products, etc.
