Alliance 2020 Registration

Welcome to Alliance 2020 Conference Registration!

Before Registering:

  • Complete your hotel reservation. Once your hotel reservation is complete, you will use you reservation confirmation number to register for the conference itself and to receive the Early Bird Registration rate. Note: for attendees not booking hotel rooms through the official housing link or staying at an official Alliance 2020 Conference hotel, you will not be eligible for the Early Bird Registration rate. The Advanced Registration rate will apply. Use this link to make your hotel reservations. 
  • All attendees must have an established HEUG/PSUG User Account. In order to establish a user account, click here to request one. While completing your conference registration, should you receive the following message "We cannot find a member with last name/email address combination that was entered." This most likely indicates that you do not have an established user account or have entered invalid data. See the link above to establish a user account.
  • Exhibitors/Sponsors -- Exhibitors and/or sponsors do not require a login ID or User Account; however, the registration system requires the use of an exhibitor code. This code was issued to the exhibitor/sponsor key contact personnel. To register, simply click on the link below "Register as an Exhibitor/Sponsor." We recommend that if you do have a HEUG login/user account, log in prior to beginning the registration process so that the registration can link to your profile. 

  • International Members -- If you are an international member and do not see the International Discount Rate posted when registering, try updating your address within your profile online at HEUG.org and then returning to the registration page.
